Manage Conflict and Difficult Situations

You are the author of every thought that goes through your mind. You choose what to say and how to act. If it feels like other people control your feelings and that conflict is something that surprises you, don't worry: It is all about to become clear.

We will look at what motivates you and others, how you and others cope with conflict and how to establish and maintain positive working relationships. You will also gain insights into how others perceive you. What you learn on this course will be equally useful in your work and private life. Your brain will look for what you are interested in (think of the last time you bought a new car and how many more of the same you noticed afterwards) – your filters were switched on overnight and your brain will store and process the techniques you need to be better at understanding people and conflict.

Course Prerequisites

There is no pre-course work, though you will be sent some documents ahead of the course.

Who will the course benefit?
