Client: Major Group of London NHS Hospitals
Course category: Professional and Personal Development courses
Task: Design and deliver a series of Personal and Professional courses following specific guidelines
Target: Rolling out to hundreds of medical and clerical staff over a 2-year period
Result: UniTrain have worked closely with this NHS client since 2009 providing both personal development and business skills training to thousands of nurses and staff within three London NHS Hospitals.
In 2020 our client decided to streamline their suppliers to work in conjunction with a new internal Admin & Clerical learning program, UniTrain won this tender, to work in collaboration with the Hospitals to design and develop various Personal and Professional courses for staff, alongside the courses we were already providing. We have also been made the sole supplier of their IT/technical courses.
COVID19 – due to the pandemic UniTrain successfully redeveloped and redesigned each course individually, to be delivered remotely through Microsoft teams.
Design and develop Legionella Awareness and CDM courses in line with the clients own Health and Safety policies
Client: Leading infrastructure services and engineering company
Course category: Health & Safety
Task: Design and develop Legionella Awareness and CDM courses in line with the clients own Health and Safety policies
Target: Various contracts around the UK including many HMP staff, continual rollout – ongoing
Result: UniTrain have worked very closely with this client since 2011 providing thousands of Health and Safety courses, IT Training, eLearning, and Personal and Business Development courses, across the UK to many of their 22,000 staff.
In 2014 our client approached us with a requirement to design and Develop various CDM and Legionella Awareness courses in line with their own Health and Safety policies and procedures, to deliver to thousands of staff across the UK. This successful project is still being delivered to their employees UK wide.

Design and develop iPad training, to work with the clients specific internal software app
Client: Housing Association (based in the South of England)
Course category: IT
Task: Design and develop iPad training, to work with the clients specific internal software app
Target: Housing Association Operatives working remotely in Housing Association properties, continual rollout to new staff
Result: UniTrain have worked with this client since 2007 providing IT and technical training solutions for their staff. In 2016 our client approached us with a requirement for iPad training to work alongside a new piece of office based software they were using.
UniTrain went on to design a course specifically for the operatives to use this software remotely, whereby engineers could enter the Housing Associations properties and use their iPads to report back to administrative staff in real time.
This was then rolled out over 4 years (and is an ongoing project to new staff) to hundreds of operatives. Occasionally the client had to move booked training dates and locations around, often at the last minute, which UniTrain accommodated wherever possible.

Task: Design and deliver a company specific Recruitment and Selection process training workshop
Target: Managers in charge of the recruitment process, continual rollout – ongoing
Result: UniTrain have worked closely with this client since 2009 providing both Personal Development and IT Training. In 2017 our client approached UniTrain to design, develop and deliver a face-to-face recruitment process training program (which is still currently being rolled out) to hundreds of staff. We are also the sole supplier of IT training for our client, providing Microsoft Office training since 2009. We have also designed and tailored 100’s of bespoke Microsoft office training to meet many varied departmental needs.
