Drawing from the Integr8 program, participants learn to dismantle barriers to collaboration by fostering open communication channels, strengthening organizational diversity and inclusion, and promoting psychological safety.

Session 2 – Reducing Burnout by Increasing Collaboration in Cybersecurity

This session harnesses the power of collaboration to combat burnout. As

cybersecurity professionals grapple with complexity and information overload, these workshops equip them with the social-behavioural tools to enhance teamwork, boost efficiency, and elevate autonomy. Attendees will leave with a newfound ability to bridge gaps, reduce burnout, and fortify their own resilience.
