APMG Praxis Framework Bridging
This 3-day Praxis Bridging course has been designed to help learners understand the Praxis Project and Programme Processes and how to apply and tailor the Praxis Management (P3M) functions and the interpersonal skills required of a P3 manager to the complexity of a given scenario. The Praxis Bridging course leads to the Praxis Practitioner exam.
The Praxis Framework covers a broad range of P3M functions, along with a selection of supporting tools, techniques and models. The course highlights the similarities and differences between Praxis and PRINCE2, MSP and APM Body of Knowledge. The content of the Praxis Bridging course is derived from the www.Praxisframework.org website and it is advised that learners spend some time before the course familiarising themselves with the layout of the website. The website is designed to provide ongoing support, before, during and after the training course.
Illustrating the quality of the Praxis Framework certifications, the Praxis Framework Bridging Course has been endorsed by the Australia's leading project management association (AIPM) and the Association for Project Management (APM) now recognises Praxis Framework as a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP). The Praxis route to ChPP is illustrated below – please contact us for more details on the steps after Praxis Framework Practitioner.
